Summary:
The Corporate Affairs (CA) Specialist plays a key role in optimizing the corporate environment and delivering high-quality employee services. Rather than focusing on heavy technical building maintenance, this role centers on workplace operations, corporate administration, employee experience, and asset management. The ideal candidate will foster a productive, professional, and employee-focused work environment by managing day-to-day CA operations, supervising workplace service vendors, and supporting cross-functional corporate initiatives.
Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day Corporate Affairs (CA) operations and workplace programs to ensure a productive and efficient working environment.

Oversee and monitor the performance of external vendors providing workplace services (e.g., catering, cleaning, landscaping, and office supplies).

Administer corporate assets, office inventory, and equipment procurement while maintaining accurate operational records and documentation.
-
Support space planning, office layout optimization, and internal employee seat allocation or moves.

Assist in budget planning, expense tracking, and cost-optimization efforts for General Affairs operations.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support daily business operations and cross-functional projects.

Ensure compliance with company policies, corporate guidelines, and workplace safety standards.

Handle operational inquiries, service requests, and administrative support tasks.

Perform other general administrative duties and support corporate projects as assigned by leadership.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent, relevant experience.
Experience:
- 1 to 3+ years of experience in HR, facilities, or administrative support related preferred.
Skills:

Communication & Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with internal employees at all levels and manage relationships with external partners.

Vendor & Service Management: Proven ability to coordinate with third-party service providers, monitor deliverables, and ensure service quality.

MS Office & Computer Proficiency (Intermediate): Strong intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Must be proficient in Excel for data management, asset tracking, and budget formulas, and PowerPoint for creating clear operational reports and presentations.
