Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert care to help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals in their homes.

  • Collaborate with a motivated, inspiring team of colleagues.

  • Use advanced, easy-to-use technology to improve patient outcomes.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.

  • Eligible for National Board Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).

  • Minimum 1-year experience (or ability to complete 6-8 weeks of preceptorship).

  • Home healthcare experience preferred.

  • Current driver’s license and reliable transportation.

  • A passion for providing compassionate, mission-aligned care.
