Full job description
Job Description: Full Time Machine Operator - NO holidays, or weekends! Full-time pay is $20.50 and up per hour. We are seeking qualified, engaged, and dependable associates to join our team. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment, this is your opportunity. There are many opportunities for advancement as part of our philosophy, which includes internal training and promotion from within. We want you to grow with us! Experience in manufacturing for 1 years is preferred. Duties and responsibilities include: Load correct materials onto the production line in the correct sequence; Ensure material meets specifications; Take action to fix/replace defective materials; Monitor equipment to ensure proper operation; Document quality and production checks; Ability to be cross-trained at multiple stations; Communicate well with other team members; Perform operator care; This job can be physically demanding.
