  • NJ State Professional Registered Nurse License

  • AHA Basic Health Care Life Support HCP Certification

  • Three to five (3-5) years of operating room/surgical experience

  • Leadership experience preferred

  • Excellent communication, facilitation and delegation skills

  • Experience in an operating room. Familiarity with equipment and instruments used in this area, medical terminology, supply management experience

  • Knowledge of computer systems used in the operating room and materials management

  • Excellent organizational skills and work with minimal supervision

  • Two (2) years of surgical experience in a clinical specialty service line preferred

  • Leadership oversight preferred

  • Experience with mentorship, education and training of staff nurses preferred

  • BSN degree preferred

  • Certified Nurse Operating Room within one year

Minimum rate of $107,952.00 Annually
