What You'll Do

  • Set up, load, and operate CNC machines and manual vertical mills

  • Work with Haas and Fanuc controls to maintain efficient production

  • Run multiple machines while ensuring quality and productivity standards are met

  • Inspect parts using precision measuring tools and gauges

  • Monitor production output and maintain accurate documentation

  • Install and align tooling, fixtures, and workpieces

  • Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform minor fixture repairs

  • Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and technical specifications

What You Bring

  • Experience operating CNC machines in a manufacturing environment

  • Familiarity with Haas and/or Fanuc controls

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

  • Experience in production, machining, assembly, or manufacturing operations

  • Commitment to quality, safety, and teamwork

Bonus Skills

  • G-Code programming experience

  • Advanced machining knowledge

  • Previous industrial manufacturing experience

Available Shifts

1st Shift Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

2nd Shift Monday-Friday | 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM

Overtime opportunities available based on production needs.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of West Henrietta, NY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
