What you’ll be doing:

Monitoring customer demand and forecasts, reviewing EDI and system data for accuracy and resolving inconsistencies or order parameter issues.

Managing forecasting activities by entering, validating, and analyzing demand data to help ensure accurate and reliable forecasts.

Tracking and adjusting inventory levels across facilities to support customer requirements while helping the organization meet inventory goals.

Analyzing forecasts against actual demand to identify trends, gaps, and potential risks that may require action.

Partnering with cross-functional teams to resolve inventory discrepancies and day-to-day supply challenges while balancing customer and business needs.

Helping improve our planning processes by identifying opportunities to increase forecasting accuracy, data quality, and overall efficiency.

Performing other duties as assigned
WCI has grown from $50M in annual sales to more than $375M in the last 10 years. During the same period, we have added 5 new locations bringing the total up to 9, including 1 located internationally. That growth has provided an opportunity to further expand our vision with our customers and increase our capacities.
Requirements
What we are looking for:

Must be able to work on-site in Hiawatha, IA; Cedar Falls, IA; Des Moines, IA; East Moline, IL; Crystal Lake, IL; or Grovetown, GA

High school diploma required
-
4-year degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration/Management or other relevant field (preferred)

In lieu of 4-year degree, 2-year degree in a relevant field with equivalent work experience (required)
-
2+ years Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Outlook (required)
-
1+ years Supply Chain Experience (preferred)
-
1+ years MRP experience (preferred)
