About the role:
We are looking for a self-motivated and experienced Lead Salesforce Developer with strong technical and functional expertise across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Salesforce CPQ, and Experience Cloud. The role requires building scalable solutions, supporting cross-functional business teams, and contributing to both development and administrative configuration tasks.
What You’ll Do:
- Design, develop, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, and Declarative Flows.
- Configure and customize Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Salesforce CPQ.
- Build and maintain integrations using REST APIs, middleware, platform events, and standard integration patterns.
- Collaborate closely with business teams including Sales Operations, Deal Desk, Finance, and Product Engineering etc. to translate requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Participate in solution design discussions and release management activities.
- Ensure high code quality, performance optimization, and adherence to Salesforce best practices.
- Support Salesforce admin configuration tasks wherever needed, including user management, permission sets, page layouts, and validation rules.
- Willingness to perform Salesforce Admin activities as required.
- Self-motivated with solid technical and functional understanding of CRM processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across environments.
What You Bring:
- 6 - 9 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Strong knowledge of Apex, LWC, SOQL, Triggers, REST APIs, and integration frameworks.
- Proven experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Salesforce CPQ.
- Expertise in Flows and Salesforce automation tools.
- Experience working with SalesOps, Deal Desk, Finance, and Product teams to deliver end-to-end functional and technical solutions.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Salesforce certifications (Developer I/II, Admin, CPQ Specialist) are a plus.
