Job DescriptionManager - Business FinanceRole OverviewThe "Manager - Business Finance" will be responsible for driving P&L reporting and analysis, tracking key performance indicators, and partnering closely with cross-functional stakeholders to support business decision-making.Key DeliverablesOwn end-to-end P&L reporting — preparation, review, and timely circulation of monthly, quarterly, and annual P&L statements.Drive variance analysis — compare actuals against budget/forecast, investigate deviations, and present clear explanations to stakeholders.Hold the team and business accountable to KPI targets, tracking performance regularly and flagging risks to delivery.Manage stakeholder relationships across finance, business, and operations teams to ensure alignment on numbers, priorities, and timelines.Support budgeting and forecasting cycles, working with business teams to build realistic and data-backed plans.Identify and drive process improvements in reporting and analysis to improve accuracy and turnaround time.RequirementsFinance background — CA (3-5 years of experience).Strong analytical ability with attention to detail in financial reporting and variance analysis.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work across cross-functional teams.Proficiency in Excel; SQL query writing knowledge is a plus.Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving business environment.
