Job Title: Cleanroom Assembler Job Description
Join our team to assemble a variety of test kits, including urine, blood, combo, and flu test kits. Your role will involve tasks such as repetitive production, batching, assembly, machine operation, and quality inspection.
Responsibilities

Assemble test kits with precision and attention to detail.

Perform repetitive production tasks efficiently.

Operate machinery required for assembly and production.

Conduct quality inspections to ensure product standards are met.

Engage in cross-training across assembly, machine operation, and quality departments.
Essential Skills

Reliability and punctuality in work attendance.

Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.

Willingness to cross-train in different departments.

Comfortable wearing a hair net as part of the job requirements.
Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience in manufacturing is a plus, with 3 months being beneficial.

Quality inspection experience is highly advantageous.

Work Environment
Work in a cleanroom environment, engaging in repetitive tasks. Choose from two shifts: First Shift (7:30 am-3:30 pm) and Second Shift (4:00 pm-12:30 am). The position includes an unpaid lunch break and one 15-minute paid break.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of East Hartford, CT.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.94 - $18.44/hr.
