Job Title: Cleanroom Assembler Job Description

Join our team to assemble a variety of test kits, including urine, blood, combo, and flu test kits. Your role will involve tasks such as repetitive production, batching, assembly, machine operation, and quality inspection.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble test kits with precision and attention to detail.

  • Perform repetitive production tasks efficiently.

  • Operate machinery required for assembly and production.

  • Conduct quality inspections to ensure product standards are met.

  • Engage in cross-training across assembly, machine operation, and quality departments.

Essential Skills

  • Reliability and punctuality in work attendance.

  • Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.

  • Willingness to cross-train in different departments.

  • Comfortable wearing a hair net as part of the job requirements.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience in manufacturing is a plus, with 3 months being beneficial.

  • Quality inspection experience is highly advantageous.

Work Environment

Work in a cleanroom environment, engaging in repetitive tasks. Choose from two shifts: First Shift (7:30 am-3:30 pm) and Second Shift (4:00 pm-12:30 am). The position includes an unpaid lunch break and one 15-minute paid break.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of East Hartford, CT.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.94 - $18.44/hr.
