Full job description
Registered Dietitian (RD)
Glengariff Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a Registered Dietitian to join our team.
Registered Dietitian (RD) Responsibilities Include:

Developing and implementing nutritional care plans that identify the needs of the residents, and the goals to be accomplished for each dietary problem/need identified.

Evaluating, interpreting, and implementing the prescribed diets for residents.

Maintaining ongoing communication with physicians, nurses, and other members of interdisciplinary team, regarding the nutritional care for the residents.

Looking for RD or RDE (will train).

Job includes - Assessing patients , completing Nutrition assessments and Care Plans, attending Care Plans meetings, MDS, PEG feeding assessments.

Meal Tracker and Pointclick Care knowledge a plus.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelors degree of Science Nutrition required
Salary: Up to $70,000 a year (based on experience)
