Ideal Credit Union is a large Twin Cities credit union with over one billion in assets. We offer a wide variety of products and services including savings, checking, consumer loans, mortgage loans, online banking and investment services.
We have an immediate opening for a Mortgage Servicer. This individual will work in-office until fully trained and then transition to a rotating work from home and in-office schedule. Travel expectations are minimal and may include transporting mail or mortgage-related items.
Qualified candidates must have three to five years of similar or related experience.
This individual will be responsible for managing first and second mortgage loan accounts throughout the life of the loan. The duties for this role include loan preparation and funding, payment processing, escrow administration and analysis, insurance and tax disbursements, mortgage document recording, 1098 reporting, and ongoing servicing activities while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and exceptional member service.
The scheduled hours for this position are Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5 PM with a half hour lunch as well as other hours as needed.
This is a Grade Level 8 - Non-Exempt, Full-time, Hourly position with Benefits.
The starting rate of pay is $24.79 - $26.33 per hour.
