Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team in Trophy Club, TX. In this role, you will provide high-quality physical therapy services while working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver optimal patient care.

  • Evaluate patients' physical conditions and develop comprehensive treatment plans

  • Perform physical therapy treatments using various therapeutic techniques and modalities

  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records

  • Educate patients and families about treatment plans and home exercise programs

  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure coordinated patient care

  • Assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly

  • Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and safety standards

  • Participate in team meetings and care planning sessions

Qualifications

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program

  • Current Texas Physical Therapy license

  • Valid BLS/CPR certification

  • Strong knowledge of physical therapy techniques and modalities

  • Excellent assessment and diagnostic skills

  • Proven experience in developing and implementing treatment plans

  • Strong documentation and electronic medical record skills

  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements

  • Experience working with diverse patient populations

  • Problem-solving and critical thinking skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
