Your Role at KIK

The Plant Controller reports to the Divisional Controller and serves as the onsite finance leader and strategic business partner to plant operations. This role leads planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis while ensuring compliance with corporate policies and GAAP standards. By translating financial data into clear business insights, the Plant Controller drives operational performance, strengthens cost control, and improves site results. This position partners closely with plant leadership and offers visibility to senior management, creating meaningful opportunity for impact and growth.

What You’ll Do

Financial Reporting & Close

• Leadmonthly,quarterly,andyear-endcloseinaccordancewithGAAP

• Maintainfullincomestatementandbalancesheetresponsibilityforthe facility

• Ensureaccuracyandintegrityoffinancialrecordsandinternalcontrols

Business Partnership & Analysis

• ProvidedailyandweeklyfinancialreportingonproductionandspendingmetricstothePlant Manager and leadership team

• Deliveroperationalfinancialanalysistocorporateandplantstakeholders

• Developactionablerecommendationstoimproveprofitabilityandperformance

• Prepareadhocfinancialreportingandanalysisas requested

Cost & Inventory Management

• Manageinventorycontrols,includingcyclecounts,obsolescencemonitoring,andinventoryturns analysis

• Analyzeproductionstandardsandinvestigatevariances(labor,material,overhead)

• Supportoperationalteamsinidentifyingcost reductionopportunities

Planning & Forecasting

• Leadtheannualbudgetandmonthlyforecastprocess

• Compareactualperformanceagainst budget, prioryear,andforecasts

• Identifyrisksandopportunitiesandcommunicateproactive solutions

Assets & Compliance

• Trackandsafeguardfixed assets

• Support auditsandpreparereportsforregulatoryandcorporaterequirements

• Ensurecompliancewithcompanypoliciesandfinancialprocedures

• Bachelor’sdegreerequired;degreeinAccountingorFinancepreferred

• 3ormoreyearsofaccountingorfinanceexperienceinamanufacturing environment

• CPApreferred
