Ability Beyond is hiring a Registered Nurse. Ability Beyond is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide nursing oversight and coordinate care for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in residential homes. Ability Beyond | Greater Danbury Area

Full-Time | Monday-Friday | NO On-Call | NO Weekends

What you’ll do:

  • Provide nursing oversight across residential homes

  • Coordinate care and proactively follow up on clinical concerns

  • Collaborate closely with direct support professionals, providers, families, and clinical teams

  • Teach, train, and support staff to strengthen quality of care

  • Participate in quality improvement and audit activities

What we’re looking for:

  • Active RN License

  • Minimum 1 year of RN experience required

  • Passion for person-centered care and collaboration
