Job Duties

We are seeking a Business Process Analyst to join the Ecolab Business Solutions (EBS) team. As part of the Master Data Conversion team, you will support the deployment and governance of SAP across multiple business units and markets.

This role partners closely with business, functional, and technical teams to identify Master Data requirements, drive data readiness, and ensure the delivery of businessenabling Master Data aligned with the company's global ERP roadmap.

The team provides a unique service by combining SAP expertise, business process knowledge, and Master Data domain expertise with strong technical capability and proven data conversion methodologies. The successful candidate will contribute to streamlining legacy data into SAP through robust governance, transformation, and validation practices.

What You Will Do:

Master Data Conversion & Readiness

Own Master Data transformation activities for one or more data domains (e.g. Customer, Material, Vendor) from legacy systems into SAP

Assess data migration scope, complexity, and quality; identify data gaps and cleansing requirements aligned to SAP process and blueprint standards

Provide clear visibility on data readiness, risks, and quality throughout the deployment lifecycle

ETL & Technical Delivery

Develop and maintain data transformation rules and logic within ETL solutions to extract, transform, and load Master Data into SAP

Provide guidance and expertise to project team members during Solution confirmation

Support data validation, reconciliation, and issue resolution across preload and postload cycles

Coordinate development and creation of data mapping workshop schedule

Perform business and technical diagnostics on complex system and data issues, working with SAP Core and Functional teams as required to support end to end testing of MD processes, integration testing and defect resolution

Business & Stakeholder Engagement

Partner with business and functional stakeholders to coordinate data cleansing activities, ensure operational readiness and support other change management activities.

Guide countries and regions through the endtoend process of migrating Master Data to SAP, ensuring adherence to standards and governance

Act as a trusted advisor on Master Data topics, translating technical concepts into businessrelevant insights

Governance & Continuous Improvement

Apply and evolve bestpractice data conversion methodologies based on project scope, timelines, and resource constraints

Contribute to standardization, reuse, and continuous improvement of Master Data processes, tools, and documentation

Leadership & Ways of Working

Demonstrates leadership behaviors, ownership, and accountability

Collaborative work style with a strong customer and quality mindset

Comfortable operating in global, crossfunctional, and multicultural teams

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in information systems, Data Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)

3+ years of relevant experience in Master Data, data migration, or data transformation roles, including handson experience with SAP (S/4HANA preferred)

Handson experience with SQL and ETL/data transformation tools

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical and business teams

Strong analytical, organizational, problemsolving and project management skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced, global project environmen

Preferred Qualifications:

Strong experience with Master Data in SAP (ECC and/or S/4HANA)

Solid understanding of SAP Master Data domains and related business processes, with crossdomain dependencies

Bachelor's degree in information systems, Data Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)

3+ years of relevant experience in Master Data, data migration, or data transformation roles, including handson experience with SAP S/4HANA

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range

The pay range for this position is $74,700.00 - $112,200.00. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
