Salary Range $21.00 - $30.00 Hourly

Description

Build your career in manufacturing—whether you are just getting started or bringing years of experience. We are hiring across all shifts and all skill levels, offering the opportunity to grow into advanced technical and leadership roles.

This is a hands-on role where you will contribute to production performance, product quality, and a strong safety culture. Whether you are learning the basics or leading by example, your work will have a direct impact.

What You’ll Do

  • Safely operate production equipment, including startup and shutdown procedures

  • Maintain production flow by working at appropriate line speeds and reducing downtime

  • Perform mechanical adjustments, repairs, and changeovers based on your experience level

  • Support electrical work as trained

  • Operate a forklift to move materials and finished goods (or be trained)

  • Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met

  • Complete production reporting and documentation

  • Promote and uphold a strong safety culture

  • Support team members and collaborate across the production floor

  • Participate in training and continuous improvement efforts

Qualifications

Experience Levels We Are Hiring For

  • Entry-Level: Basic mechanical aptitude, willingness to learn, and strong work ethic; manufacturing experience preferred but not required

  • Intermediate: Experience operating production equipment and performing basic troubleshooting and changeovers

  • Advanced: Strong mechanical and/or electrical troubleshooting skills, experience with machine setup, maintenance, and process improvement

What You Bring

  • High school diploma or GED (or working toward completion)

  • Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability

  • Commitment to safety and quality

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Strong communication and reliability

What Sets You Apart

  • Experience with machine setup, changeovers, and maintenance

  • Electrical troubleshooting experience

  • Forklift certification or experience

  • Previous leadership, training, or mentoring experience
