We are seeking a building based substitute to work within grades 7-12, reporting on a daily bases. This position is full time, including benefits and time off.

We are primarily looking for candidates who have a passion for teaching students and share in our mission and vision. At Atlantis, we are committed to putting the needs of our students first and they are the center of all of our decision making.

Additional requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in the area of certification preferred.

  • Knowledge of Restorative Justice and experience implementing in the classroom preferred.

  • Valid Teaching License recognized by the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education or evidence of eligibility to obtain such licensure within one year of employment.

  • Experience using technology in the classroom preferred.

  • At least one year of teaching experience preferred.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and spoken.

  • Ability to relate well to others.

REPORTS TO: Principal

  • Presents a professional appearance by adhering to ACS dress code.
