Job Title: Assistant Operator Job Description
In this role, you will be trained by our team to ensure you are set up for success. You will engage in various tasks, including gathering and moving materials to and from the production line, ensuring the quality of finished products, and gaining a continuous understanding of the manufacturing process. Expect to collaborate frequently as you will be working in groups of 3-4 experienced individuals, learning how to perform daily manufacturing roles effectively.

Essential Skills

Experience operating machinery.

Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.

Work Environment
This role offers a choice between 2nd shift (3:00pm - 11:00 pm) with a differential of $1.40 and 3rd shift (11:00pm - 7:00am) with a differential of $2.00. The base pay for an Assistant Operator is $19.52, with 2nd shift earning $20.92 and 3rd shift $21.52. This environment is collaborative and supportive, with a focus on teamwork and skill development.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Holyoke, MA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.92 - $24.33/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
