SAP SD MM Consultant

Job Summary

The role is for a Functional Consultant with 3 to 5 years of hands on experience in SAP MM and SAP SD focused on complex integration scenarios and high quality master data management in a hybrid work model. The position involves implementing and enhancing SAP solutions that support compliance processes and document review ensuring regulatory readiness while enabling smooth order to cash and procure to pay operations for a global enterprise.

Responsibilities

• Provide level 1 and level 2 support for SAP SD MM incidents service requests and queries.

• Execute standard service requests including master data maintenance for Material Customer Vendor Pricing.

• Ensuring data accuracy and compliance

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and streamline processes

• Maintain documentation

• Audit trails for all changes and requests

• Support month end process

• Maintain accurate ticket documentation and update knowledge base articles.

• Ensure compliance with ITSM processes approvals and audit requirements.

• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and identify recurring issues

• Managing NTT AMS team and customer’s SAP users on incidents and bug fix for SAP SD MM tickets

• Managing SIMPLOK AMS team and customer’s SAP users on incidents and bug fix for SAP Electronic Data Integration (EDI) and customer’s Custom e-Invoicing System tickets

Qualifications

• Possess three to five years of focused experience as an SAP MM and SAP SD developer or consultant with proven delivery of configurations and enhancements in live environments.

• Demonstrate strong expertise in SAP MM integration with SD including configuration of key integration points such as item categories schedule lines account assignment and billing relevance.

• Bring deep hands on experience in SAP MM master data processes covering material master vendor master purchasing info records and related data governance practices.

• Show solid working knowledge of core SAP SD processes including sales order processing delivery billing and pricing that interact directly with MM functions.

• Have practical domain experience in compliance processes and document review activities such as validating completeness of records applying retention policies and supporting audit readiness.

• Exhibit familiarity with regulatory compliance concepts and frameworks so that SAP solutions can be aligned with industry and organizational obligations even if prior exposure is limited.

• Demonstrate strong communication skills in English for reading writing and speaking to engage effectively with global stakeholders in a hybrid work environment.
