AGRILAND FS is looking for a dependable, customer-focused professional to join our energy team. In this role, you'll safely deliver propane and provide outstanding service to agricultural, residential, and commercial customers throughout the local area. You'll play a key role in building strong customer relationships, supporting energy operations, and contributing to the success of our team.
Key Responsibilities

Safely deliver propane to agricultural, residential, and commercial customers while following all safety regulations and company procedures.

Build and strengthen customer relationships by promoting propane products and services to both existing and prospective customers.

Process customer payments and assist with credit-related activities as needed.

Deliver exceptional customer service while supporting daily energy operations.

Work collaboratively with team members to maintain a positive, productive work environment and achieve operational goals.

Assist with inventory management and contribute to maintaining a safe, organized facility.
What we need from you:

Prefer a Class B CDL with hazmat and tanker endorsements / Company can assist if you have the ability to get the license

Strong work ethic

Excellent customer service skills

Outstanding communication, persuasion, and teamwork skills

Demonstrate the ability to work in all weather conditions

Strong mechanical aptitude

good math and problem solving skills
