Full job description

Under the general supervision of the Chief Information Officer (CIO), the IT Administrative Coordinator performs advanced administrative, coordination, and operational support for the Information Technology Services (ITS) section. This position oversees daily administrative workflows, coordinates section-wide processes, maintains reporting and procedures, and ensures smooth operational functioning of the ITS section. The role requires a strong level of independence, initiative, and decision-making, along with responsibility for coordinating administrative operations across the ITS section.

A high school diploma and relevant experience in business management, public administration, or administrative services or a bachelor's degree may be substituted for the required work experience.

An Associate’s degree and at least five (5) years of responsible clerical or administrative experience, preferably providing support in an IT or technical environment.

Please note: This is an entirely on-site, in-office position.
