Full job description
One Health is seeking a responsive, friendly, and service-oriented HR Generalist to join our human resources team in Hardin, Montana! This position has a career pathway to help you build your career as an HR professional. You'll work closely with supervisors and staff across the organization, balancing day-to-day HR responsibilities with project coordination, process improvement, and employee support. Your daily activities will have a measurable impact on the success of One Health's mission to improve the wellbeing of everyone in our communities by providing accessing, quality health care as a nonprofit Federally Qualified Health Center.
Compensation/Salary/pay: $23.45-$24.99/hour, DOE
Employment Type/Schedule: Full-Time M-F 8am-5pm with hour lunch, or 9am-5pm with no lunch
Location: On-site, Hardin, Montana
What You’ll Do / Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment, onboarding and offboarding

Support coordination of employee benefits, leave and workplace accommodations

Administer routine personnel activities (performance evals, reimbursements, worker's comp, etc.)

Build trusted relationships with employees, supervisors and teammates
What We’re Looking for:

One (1) year experience in Human Resources
-
Associate’s Degree or, in lieu of degree, four (4) years’ experience in Human Resources in addition to above 1-year experience requirement, or an equivalent combination of college and experience

Valid driver’s license
-
SHRM or HRCI certification a plus!
