Key technical expert responsible for design, analysis, validation, and documentation of mechanical and thermal solutions for systems using our power electronics products

Partner with cross ‑ functional teams to design and deliver cost ‑ efficient, high ‑ performance thermal management solutions for reference designs

Provide technical support to customers by developing and implementing effective solutions to thermal and mechanical challenges

Leverage CAD and advanced simulation tools to conduct thermal and mechanical evaluations, ensuring design validation and performance optimization

Design, develop, and validate cost ‑ efficient custom mechanical components and fixture assemblies for test setups

Ensure thorough and well-organized documentation is maintained across all phases of the design and development lifecycle
Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline
-
Minimum 2 years of experience in mechanical design, with a strong focus on power electronics system development

Advanced proficiency in CAD and simulation tools such as SolidWorks and Ansys (Maxwell/IcePak)
-
Experience in automotive product design, liquid cooling solutions, and additive manufacturing (3D printing) is an advantage
-
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to work independently while collaborating across cross-functional engineering teams

Proven expertise in design for manufacturability (DFM) and assembly (DFA)

Experience in the design and fabrication of customized high frequency transformers is an advantage
