RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • You’ll be a team player responsible for bussing, cleaning, and properly resetting tables, as well as addressing any cleanliness or service needs in public areas, to keep the guest experience running smoothly.

  • You will have a general knowledge of our food and drink menu and be able to recommend and upsell products.

  • Will answer the phones in a prompt and professional manner and direct calls as applicable.

  • Demonstrates teamwork by supporting all areas of the restaurant as business needs arise. Ensuring every opportunity to WOW our guests is fulfilled. Teamwork is essential and expected of all Outbackers.

  • Committed to safe food handling, cleanliness, sanitation standards and all safety procedures during the shift.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to lift, carry or move up to 30 lbs.

  • Able to work in hot and cold environments.

  • Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time, up to 8 hours per shift.

  • Frequent bending, reaching, kneeling, squatting and stooping.

  • Manual dexterity to handle glassware, utensils and technology systems.

  • Ability to move quickly in a fast-paced environment.

  • Visual ability to include distance, close, color, depth and peripheral. Also, the ability to adjust focus as needed. The role involves working in areas with low or dim lighting.

  • Ability to perform essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.
