📍 Location: Bourg, LA
💰 Pay: $18–$21/hr. (Based on Experience + Overtime)
📅 Schedule: 14/7 Rotating Day & Night Shifts
R360 Environmental Solutions , a Waste Connections company, is the nation's leading provider of environmental oilfield waste management. We’re looking for a dependable and safety-minded SWD Operator to join our team at our Bourg, Louisiana facility.
🔧 The Job:

Operate, monitor, and maintain SWD equipment (pumps, valves, tanks)
-
Safely offload and process produced water from transport trucks
-
Conduct routine equipment checks and minor maintenance
-
Accurately log readings, daily volumes, and incident reports
-
Maintain a clean and safe worksite at all times
-
Follow all environmental and safety protocols
-
Communicate effectively with coworkers and drivers
✅ Requirements:
-
Previous SWD (Salt Water Disposal) Operator experience a PLUS!

Willingness to work 14/7 Rotating Shifts (Day and Nights)

Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions

Ability to learn quickly and work independently

Strong teamwork and communication skills

Commitment to safety practices and PPE usage

Mechanical aptitude or previous oilfield/waste handling experience is a plus!
