Description
How will you have an impact in this role?
The Relationship specialist will provide outstanding customer service and will ensure prompt attention to our farmer owners. You will be a part of a supportive team ensuring customers get the help they need.
What will you do?

Ensure customer satisfaction by prompt attention assisting or directing customers to the appropriate areas to meet their needs.

Maintain and increase agronomy and feed sales, grain origination and marketing with existing customers and grow business with new customers, as applicable.

Ability to complete grain contracts, inter-company feed orders, and inventory transfers and purchases, if applicable.

Act as a resource for other employees on operational procedures for scale/receiving area, invoicing, and grain contracts.

Understand how to document and submit sales call information in CRM (Customer Relationship Management System).Assist with inventory control of products offered at the location.

Maintain inventory of office supplies.

Prepare accurate/timely invoices; assure equitable calculation of products/services provided.

Working knowledge of Landus credit, sales, and inventory policies

Daily verification of sales invoices for accuracy

Monitor agronomy sales contracts/prepay for accuracy
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
-
Must have a valid state driver’s license.
-
Must be able to move/lift up to 50 pounds.
-
Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or two to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

One year of related experience.

Understand the seasonality of an agricultural cooperative and the in-season time commitment.
