Reporting To: Operations manager DACH
Description Upway is the leading platform selling refurbished e-bikes in Europe and the US. In four years, we have given a new life to over 100,000 e-bikes, and we are continuing to grow fast! Germany has now become our largest market, and we are hiring an Operations intern to join the launch of the third German Upcenter in Illingen. The Operations team’s role is to build and improve our processes in order to offer a seamless customer experience. This includes collecting bikes from sellers, inspecting and repairing them in our workshops, shipping them to consumers and managing after-sales support. Our goal is to build the most efficient, highest-quality and safest operation at scale, so we can refurbish over 1 million German e-bikes in the next 10 years! What you will do

Operate, improve and take ownership of key parts of our operational flow, so that our operations get better every day

Organise yourself with the team to set up yourself for success and beat targets
