Responsibilities of Position:

Project Management:

  • Manage a variety of capital and non-capital projects involving a wide range of technologies

  • Lead all aspects of project management, including scope, planning, cost estimation, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.

  • Oversee purchasing processes to ensure value and compliance

  • Manage project budget to ensure cost control

  • Ensure projects meet internal standards and follow up methodology

  • Effectively communicate project expectations to team members, cross-department partners, and contractors.

  • Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel

  • Schedule contractors and manage day-to-day activities to complete projects on time

  • Improve equipment reliability and operation through analysis of data and experimental evaluation

  • Support ongoing site investments and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Ability to solve technical issues on large scale industrial equipment.

Team Building:

  • Build effective working relationships and networks across impacted/involved areas

Reporting:

  • Prepare, distribute, and maintain all project documentation, including project schedules, status reports, change requests, and summaries

  • Provide visibility of project status and issues and drive issue resolution with innovative approaches

  • Perform other related duties as required
