Responsibilities of Position:
Project Management:
-
Manage a variety of capital and non-capital projects involving a wide range of technologies
-
Lead all aspects of project management, including scope, planning, cost estimation, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.

Oversee purchasing processes to ensure value and compliance
-
Manage project budget to ensure cost control
-
Ensure projects meet internal standards and follow up methodology
-
Effectively communicate project expectations to team members, cross-department partners, and contractors.
-
Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel
-
Schedule contractors and manage day-to-day activities to complete projects on time
-
Improve equipment reliability and operation through analysis of data and experimental evaluation
-
Support ongoing site investments and continuous improvement initiatives.

Ability to solve technical issues on large scale industrial equipment.
Team Building:
- Build effective working relationships and networks across impacted/involved areas
Reporting:

Prepare, distribute, and maintain all project documentation, including project schedules, status reports, change requests, and summaries

Provide visibility of project status and issues and drive issue resolution with innovative approaches
