This role involves planning, organizing, and overseeing activities and events that enhance residents' quality of life, developing engaging calendars, and working closely with residents, families, and staff to meet individual needs. The coordinator will also inspire the activities team and ensure compliance with community standards.

Key focus areas include Plan, organize, and oversee activities and events that enhance residents’ quality of life, Develop engaging calendars including fitness, arts & crafts, music, games, and outings, and Work closely with residents, families, and staff to meet individual needs.

Preferred (not required): Leadership, Organizational Skills, Communication Skills, and Creativity.

Are you passionate about bringing joy, creativity, and engagement into the lives of seniors? At Wesley Enhance Living, we’re searching for a dynamic and energetic Activities Coordinator to lead our Life Enrichment team and make every day meaningful for our residents.

What You’ll Do:

Plan, organize, and oversee activities and events that enhance residents’ quality of life
Develop engaging calendars including fitness, arts & crafts, music, games, and outings
Work closely with residents, families, and staff to meet individual needs
Lead and inspire the activities team to deliver fun, meaningful programs
Ensure compliance with community standards and regulatory guidelines

Previous experience in recreation, senior living, or activity planning preferred
