We’re hiring Production Operators to join our team in South Deerfield. This is a hands-on role where you’ll learn real-world electronics manufacturing while working alongside our elite engineering team designing robotic factories.

  • 2nd Shift: Mon thru Friday, after classes to 10PM+ (max 24hrs/week)

  • 5th Shift: Fri & Sat 4pm–1am, Sun 4–10pm (24 hrs/week)

  • 6th Shift: Sat & Sun 5am–5pm (24 hrs/week)

  • 7th Shift: Sat 5pm–5am, Sun 5–10pm (17 hrs/week)

  • 10 minute drive from campus

What You’ll Do

  • Operate and program pick-and-place machines

  • Solder and assemble circuit boards

  • Perform solder joint inspection and quality checks

  • Support packing, shipping, and inventory management

  • Conduct basic machine maintenance

  • As you gain experience, graduate to complex debug and problem-solving on cutting-edge robotics equipment

  • Communicate with our elite R&D team to debug our various robots

  • Work in an extremely clean and safe modern factory

Requirements

  • Must be enrolled in a UMass engineering or related program, for example:

  • Computer Engineering

  • Electrical Engineering

  • Mechanical Engineering

  • Computer Science
