Full job description
Schedule: Mon – Fri, 3:00pm – 11:00pm, OT Required as needed
What you will do:
As a Comfort Bath Machine Operator, you will be working with products that are improving and saving people’s lives by being responsible for the overall operation of potentially large-scale manufacturing machinery including actions such as feeding materials for processing, adjusting settings, performing minor repairs, and pulling finished products from the line.

Under general supervision, operate machinery and inspect machined components using precision measuring equipment while keeping accurate production records and maintenance logs

Adhere to site specific quality systems and processes

Identify and accurately record scrap, maintenance requests, and production documents

Operate simple manufacturing equipment, demonstrate machining/mechanical aptitude, and learn new responsibilities and tasks as needed

Train others on operational and/or documentation procedures as needed

Identify and appropriately report safety concerns, production issues, and documentation errors.

Assist execution of continuous improvement projects

Effectively collaborate with peers, functional departments, and visitors of Stryker

Meet work schedule and overtime requirements, including weekends
What you need:
Preferred

High School Diploma or GED

Manufacturing experience in cGMP environment
$24.10/hr + $1.00 Shift Premium plus bonus potential and benefits.
