Clinical Assistant (LPN, CMA, RMA, or MA) – Full-Time
Minnesota Urology P.A.
Minnesota Urology P.A. is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Clinical Assistant (LPN, CMA, RMA, or MA) to join our collaborative care team. This in-person role offers the opportunity to support providers in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care while making a positive impact on patients' daily experiences.
The starting hourly pay ranges from $24.80 to $31.00, based on qualifications and experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage; 401(k); life insurance; health savings and flexible spending accounts; paid time off; short- and long-term disability; and a uniform stipend.

Position Overview
As a Clinical Assistant, you will support providers with clinical tasks and help ensure a smooth and efficient patient experience. Responsibilities include assisting with procedures, preparing patients for exams, and performing basic clinical duties.
This role may require occasional travel to satellite clinic locations, providing opportunities to expand your experience and work alongside a variety of providers.
Additional responsibilities include:
Educating patients on care plans, treatments, and procedures
Communicating effectively with patients and care team members
Answering, documenting, and responding to patient phone calls
Supporting clinic operations and assisting team members as needed
