Full job description

Adecco is hiring immediately for Manufacturing Associates to join our client in Arlington, VT. This is an excellent opportunity to start a rewarding career with a leading company, offering competitive pay and growth potential.

As a Manufacturing Associate, you will play a vital role in the production process by operating various machinery to assemble and manufacture products. Your responsibilities include using small hand tools, inspecting and cleaning parts, disassembling returned units, and maintaining a tidy work environment. This position requires dedication and attention to detail, as well as the ability to perform physically demanding tasks.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • At least 1 year of manufacturing experience

  • Strong work ethic and excellent attendance

  • Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks

  • Capacity to stand for an entire shift

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

  • Good communication skills and team-oriented mindset

  • Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing production needs

What We Offer:

  • Weekly pay ranging from $18.00 to $20.00 per hour, depending on shift

Shift Options:

  • 1st Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

  • 2nd Shift: Monday – Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

  • 3rd Shift: Monday – Friday, 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Pay Details: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
