Full job description

Are you a detail-oriented professional with a mix of graphic design skills and technical logic? As a  Setup Specialist, you will translate client concepts and mock-ups into production-ready shelf-edge media, retail price tags, and digital display templates. You will leverage proprietary internal tools to map data, establish business rules, and convert flat text files into high-quality PDFs for print sites—all without writing complex code.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design & Layout Setup: Convert client mock-ups into functional templates for shelf-edge media, price tags, and signage using proprietary tools.

  • File Processing: Transform flat text data files into production-ready PDF files for output to print sites.

  • Project Support: Manage tight timelines across multiple client projects, resolve configuration issues, and maintain visual accuracy (fonts, colors, specs) while adhering to internal controls

  • Education & Experience: Associate degree in Graphic Design, Computer Science, Business, or a related field with 1–3 years of hands-on experience.

  • Core Technical Skills: Strong graphic design sense, data analysis skills, and experience with data/mail merge processes.

  • Competencies: Exceptional time management, high visual attention to detail, and ability to meet firm, time-sensitive deadlines.

  • Agility & Communication: Clear technical writing, tactful client handling, and willingness to participate in an afterhours on-call rotation.

Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Mon–Fri) + On-call afterhours

Note: This role is a hybrid position 2 days in office if within 40 miles; fully remote if outside 40 miles
