Full job description

Your Role We are looking for an Associate - Human Resource Business Partnering to join the People Operations team. In this entry-level role, you will work under the guidance of senior HR professionals to support business units, learn HR best practices, and contribute to employee engagement and organizational effectiveness. Key Responsibilities:

  • Learn and apply HR policies and procedures with guidance to support business operations
  • Assist with the full employee lifecycle management - hiring, onboarding, employee relations, and exits
  • Support HR initiatives in alignment with business priorities under supervisory guidance (e.g., onboarding improvements, employee engagement programs, policy documentation)
  • Handle day-to-day HR queries and administrative tasks with minimal supervision, escalating exceptions to supervisors
  • Support employee relations matters, including grievance handling and basic investigations with guidance
  • Participate in projects and process improvements, contributing to HR team goals
  • Follow Innovaccer's processes and policies, and encourage adherence across teams
  • Build positive working relationships and demonstrate teamwork across the organization

What You Need

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 0-2 years of experience in HR operations, HR administration, or a related role (entry-level candidates with HR internships welcome)
  • Foundational knowledge of HR principles, practices, and basic regulations
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with diverse groups
  • Basic problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
  • Strong commitment to learning and professional development
  • Willingness to follow processes and adapt to feedback
