As a Security Officer Patrol Driver in Sturgis, MI , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a healthcare location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license. Deliver exceptional customer service and clear communication while embodying our agile, reliable, innovative, caring, teamwork-focused, and integrity-driven values.

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to patients, visitors, employees, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including medical emergencies, access concerns, and facility-related events.

Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout healthcare facility buildings, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual activity or hazards.

Monitor access points and assist with visitor management, directing individuals to appropriate locations while supporting site access procedures.

Document incidents, observations, and patrol activities accurately and communicate relevant information to supervisors and site personnel.
Minimum Requirements:
-
A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
