Responsibilities

Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy plans to meet the unique needs of each resident

Conduct thorough assessments to identify areas of need and develop targeted interventions

Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care and effective communication

Provide education and training to residents, families, and caregivers on adaptive techniques and strategies

Accurately document resident progress and therapy plans
