Northern Light CA Dean Hospital is seeking an experienced Advanced Practitioner to join our well-established Primary Care practice in beautiful Sangerville, Maine. The ideal candidate will inherit a robust patient panel and provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages within a highly supportive and experienced practice environment. Position Highlights

  • NO CALL responsibilities

  • Flexible Scheduling options with a 3- or 4-day work week

  • Same-day access clinic support for urgent care needs

  • Established, loyal patient population

  • Comprehensive "one-stop-shop" care model

  • 30-minute appointment slots for all patients, allowing for meaningful patient interactions and quality care

  • On-site services, including urology, diabetes, PT/OT, integrated behavioral health, x-ray and phlebotomy

Compensation information:

  • $119,500 – 127,450 annual base salary with the ability to earn additional compensation based on productivity and quality incentives

  • The compensation range listed reflects the range Northern Light Health anticipates relying on in setting the wages for the position. The range may not necessarily include all additional compensation elements available, including but not limited to call pay, leadership stipends, etc.
