Job Title: Warehouse Coordinator
Job Description
Our client in Mickleton, NJ is seeking a dedicated Bilingual (Spanish/english) Warehouse Coordinator for the 1st shift, with 1-3 years of experience. The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the loading and unloading of trucks, preparing shipments, and managing documentation such as invoices and bills of lading. The role requires generating reports, using WMS/ERP software for data entry, and maintaining accurate records.
SHIFT: 7am to 3:30pm Monday to Friday
Responsibilities

Coordinate the loading and unloading of trucks.

Prepare shipments and manage documentation including invoices and bills of lading.

Generate reports and use WMS/ERP software for data entry.

Maintain accurate records of inventory and shipments.

Operate forklifts and other moving equipment efficiently.

Communicate effectively with team members and demonstrate leadership abilities.
Essential Skills

1-3 years of experience in warehouse/distribution logistics.

Proficiency with WMS/ERP software and basic computer skills, including spreadsheets.

Ability to operate sit-down forklifts and other moving equipment.

Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience with inventory management, shipping and receiving, and data entry.

Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) preferred.

Work Environment
The position operates on the 1st shift from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. The warehouse is a brand new 575,000 square-foot facility, heated in winter but not air-conditioned. Despite hot summer days, the building remains comfortable, with temperatures around 80 degrees. The warehouse will store and ship manufactured food, emitting a strong spice smell. Employees must wear OSHA-compliant steel toe or composite shoes.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mickleton, NJ.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
