The Cardiac Cath Lab, located in the Heart & Vascular Institute at Union Hospital features state-of-the-art technology and private consultation rooms. With our experienced Physicians and staff, they specialize in cardiac catheterization, including Angioplasty, Atherectomy, electrophysiology studies, Intravascular Ultrasound, Pacemaker insertion and stenting. RN job details:
Essential Job Duties:

On-call requirements with 30 minute response time.
-
Collaborates with the physician or manager to determine needs of patients
-
Completes the routine physical assessment using common assessment skills in a systematic manner.

Contributes to plan of care for pre-defined patient problems.
-
Respects patients' rights, including the right to inform, privacy, confidentiality, and the right to refuse care.

Assists with patient education to promote self-care and patient independence.

Follows company policies and procedures and department protocols.

Assists the physician with special procedures.
Qualifications:
-
Graduate from an accredited ASN or BSN program

Must have Indiana RN license
-
Previous RN experience preferred
License/Certification:

BLS, ACLS certification
-
IN RN license
