Job Title: Production Associate
Job Description
This role focuses on operating molding and assembly line equipment to produce plastic automotive parts. You will assemble components, perform visual inspections, sort and package finished products, and ensure items are properly stocked to meet production and quality standards.
Responsibilities

Operate molding machines and assembly line equipment to produce plastic automotive parts according to established procedures.

Assemble plastic components accurately and efficiently to meet production targets.

Inspect parts for defects and quality issues, ensuring all products meet required standards.

Sort parts based on quality and specification, separating acceptable products from nonconforming items.

Package finished parts securely and correctly, following labeling and documentation requirements.

Stock materials and finished goods in designated areas to support continuous production flow.

Use hand tools and basic equipment safely for assembly, adjustment, and minor handling tasks.

Perform general labor tasks in the production area, including cleaning and organizing workstations.

Follow all safety guidelines, including proper use of required protective footwear and safe operation of equipment.

Collaborate with team members within small work cells to maintain an efficient and clean production environment.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Morehead, KY.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $15.50/hr.
