About the Opportunity

Our agency is partnering with one of San Diego’s premier after-school program providers to support multiple school sites across the county. We're looking for energetic, reliable, and student-focused individuals to join their teams as Youth Leaders (Inclusion Aides).

This opportunity is ideal for anyone passionate about education , youth development , or behavioral support , and eager to make an immediate impact in a meaningful, hands-on role.

?? Positions Available - Youth Leader / Inclusion Aides

  • Work with a group of 15-20 General Education students to help run activities such as sports, study sessions, and other fun after-school activities.

? Additional Qualities

  • Experience working with children (school, camp, tutoring, childcare, etc.) preferred

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • Ability to maintain a safe, structured, and positive environment

  • Reliable, punctual, and committed to supporting youth

?? Schedule & Hours

  • Monday-Friday, afterschool hours (typically 1:00 PM - 6:00 PM)

  • Early Release days on Wed or Thurs start time 11:30 AM

  • Flexible scheduling available depending on site needs

  • Opportunities for consistent weekly hours

Minimum Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required

  • Two (2) years of pediatric experience preferred

  • Current CPR if applicable

  • TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable

  • Must meet all federal, state and local requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
