Physical Therapist at Providence Holy Cross Medical Center in Mission Hills, CA. This position is Perdiem and will work 8-hour, Day shifts.

The position plans and implements specific treatment programs for individual patients according to the principles and practices of physical therapy. Demonstrates proficiency in delivering care to assigned age specific patient population (e.g., infants, adolescents, adults, geriatrics, and pediatrics), and participates in related continuing education. Functions as an interdisciplinary team member. Provides assistance to co workers, patients, and visitors as needed.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy.

  • California Physical Therapist License upon hire.

  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.

  • California Fire and Life Safety Card - National Organization within 30 days of hire.

  • Work experience in Physical Disabilities Setting.

  • Experience in working with adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience as a Physical Therapist.

  • 1 year for NICU: Clinical experience in any setting providing physical therapy to infants, children or adolescents or experience in an acute care hospital providing physical therapy directly to infants, children or adolescents who have a CCS eligible medical condition. CCS paneled.

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
