Pay Rate: Starting at $21.27/hour

Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire

Schedule: Several shifts available

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will play a vital role in supporting residents with their daily needs while promoting dignity, independence, comfort, and quality of life. Your compassionate care and dedication will help create a positive environment for residents and their families.

What You'll Do

  • Provide direct resident-centered care under the supervision of a licensed nurse

  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) while encouraging independence

  • Monitor, obtain, and report vital signs and changes in resident condition

  • Answer resident call lights promptly and provide timely assistance

  • Offer emotional and social support to residents and their families

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and infection-free environment

  • Communicate important resident information during shift changes

  • Collaborate with residents to support personalized care plans and daily routines

  • Train and mentor newly hired CNAs as needed

  • Report resident and family concerns to the nursing team

What We're Looking For

  • A current, up-to-date resume

  • Current certification through an approved State of Michigan CNA training program

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to follow verbal instructions and make sound observations

  • Compassionate, patient, reliable, and professional demeanor

  • Ability to work collaboratively with nursing staff and other departments

  • Commitment to maintaining resident confidentiality and dignity

  • Ability to meet compliance requirements
