PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a leading distribution operation to hire experienced Conveyor Technicians . We're looking for top-tier talent with expertise in conveyor systems, controls, and automated material handling equipment who can help drive reliability and operational excellence

Location: Litchfield Park, AZ | Schedule: Day and Night shifts available | Pay: $28-$35/hour

What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair conveyor systems, sortation equipment, motors, drives, sensors, and automated material handling equipment.

• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on conveyor and automation systems.

• Respond to equipment downtime and efficiently identify root causes.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase reliability and equipment performance.

• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation.

• Work closely with operations and engineering teams to minimize disruptions and maximize throughput.

• Maintain detailed maintenance records and support compliance with safety standards.

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years of experience maintaining conveyor systems, automated warehouse equipment, or industrial production machinery.

• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.

• Experience with:

• Conveyor, sortation, and automation systems maintenance

• PLC, VFD, motor control, and electrical troubleshooting

• Sensors, scanners, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems

• Welding, plumbing, carpentry, and facility maintenance

• Ability to diagnose complex equipment failures in a high-volume environment.

• Experience supporting large distribution centers, e-commerce fulfillment operations, or automated warehouses preferred.

• Industrial maintenance certifications, technical training, or related education are highly valued.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced troubleshooting experience in highly automated distribution facilities.

• Familiarity with conveyor controls, HMI systems, and warehouse automation technologies.

• Knowledge of CMMS platforms and maintenance planning processes.

• Experience supporting peak operational periods where equipment uptime is critical.

Pay Details: $28.00 to $35.00 per hour
