Seasonal Harvest Opportunity

We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Corn Sorters to support harvest operations during the busy fall season. This role is ideal for individuals who can maintain focus on quality while working in a fast-paced agricultural environment.

Position Overview

Corn Sorters are responsible for inspecting and sorting corn to ensure quality standards are met throughout the harvest process. Team members work closely with production staff to identify and remove off-quality material while maintaining productivity and safety standards.

Pay $17.00 - $20.00

Schedule

• Day shift

• 8- to 12-hour shifts based on production needs

• Overtime may be required during peak production periods

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Inspect and sort corn according to quality standards

• Identify and remove defective or off-spec materials

• Maintain attention to detail while performing repetitive tasks

• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

• Keep work areas clean and organized

• Support overall harvest and production operations as needed

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand in one work area for extended periods

• Ability to perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift

• Ability to maintain focus and accuracy in a production environment

• Ability to work in agricultural and manufacturing conditions

Work Environment

• Agricultural production facility

• Exposure to dust and other agricultural allergens

• Fast-paced seasonal production environment
