PROMAN Staffing has partnered with a well-known reputable company in Owensboro, KY
We are now accepting resumes for a Maintenance & Custodial Technician who is dependable, a team player and dependable.
Hours:
7:00 AM to 3:30 PM | Monday – Friday
Job Summary:
Perform routine building inspections and identify repair needs.
Complete minor repairs including plumbing, painting, and carpentry tasks.
Replace light bulbs, filters, and other building components.
Maintain HVAC systems and report major issues.
Assemble, move, and repair furniture and equipment.
Assist with grounds maintenance, including snow removal and landscaping as needed.
Clean and sanitize offices, restrooms, breakrooms, lobbies, and common areas.
Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors.
Empty trash and recycling containers.
Clean windows, mirrors, and other surfaces.
Restock restroom and cleaning supplies.
Follow safety and sanitation procedures.
Requirements and Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting repairs.
Ability to operate maintenance equipment, power tools, and custodial machinery.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently with minimal supervision.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, and climb for extended periods.
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Manual dexterity to operate tools, equipment, and cleaning machines.
