Landscaper
Location: Longwood, Florida (serving Seminole County and nearby areas).
About the role
We’re hiring a reliable, safety-minded Landscaper to join Sunrise Lawn Care of Seminole County. You will perform general landscape and lawn maintenance for residential and commercial clients throughout Seminole County, working outdoors to maintain attractive, healthy grounds. This role is hands-on and ideal for candidates with practical landscaping experience who take pride in quality work and customer satisfaction.
What you’ll do

Perform lawn mowing, edging, trimming, and turf maintenance (fertilizing, weed control)

Prune and care for shrubs, hedges, and plants
-
Operate and maintain hand tools, power tools, and landscaping equipment safely
-
Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment as needed (company vehicle provided for work travel)

Perform mulching, brush removal, basic hardscape tasks, and job-site cleanup
-
Follow company and OSHA safety procedures and maintain equipment
-
Communicate professionally with clients and team members; complete assigned routes and schedules reliably
Minimum qualifications
-
Proven experience in landscaping, lawn care, grounds maintenance, or similar outdoor labor

Experience operating mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other landscaping equipment
-
Comfortable performing physically demanding outdoor work in varying weather conditions
-
Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
-
Ability to work independently and as part of a team with consistent attendance and punctuality
Nice-to-have
-
Experience with irrigation installation and basic troubleshooting

Pressure washing experience
-
Hardscape construction or sod installation experience

Experience operating excavators or other light construction equipment

Tree care or general construction experience
