Full job description

Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer II

Location: Little Canada, MN - 100% Onsite

Pay Range: $35/hr to $40/hr on W2

Mode: 12 Months Contract - 7am to 3.30pm

Job Details:

  • Support and continuously improve manufacturing processes, tooling, and fixtures to meet daily production schedules while enhancing productivity and product quality.

  • Proactively seek out improvements and solutions to quality and productivity issues.

  • Support production by responding to line down issues and other manufacturing concerns raised by the manufacturing teams.

  • Maintain and manage all production status and statistics information for the assigned product lines (production line owner).

  • Utilize tools like DMAIC, A3, Gage R&R, Cp, Cpk, and SPC to improve processes.

What's Needed?

  • Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Biomedical, or related Engineering field.

  • Experience with manufacturing process troubleshooting and equipment maintenance.

  • Proficiency with manufacturing concepts such as Value Stream mapping, 5S, and Visual Workplace.
