Purpose of Position:
The Accounts Receivable Manager is responsible for all census management and billing using our software and Point Click Care
Accountability:
The Accounts Receivable Manager is directly accountable to the Accounts Receivable Supervisor and Director of Financial Operations.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Daily Census for 3 facilities in Point Click Care

Verify all documentation (Authorizations, ID #’s, Etc.)
-
Responsible to follow up daily with admissions coordinator.

Submit a weekly report via email to the AR Supervisor and the Facility’s Administrator

Billing Of all Medicare, Medicaid, HMO, Private and Part B claims

Posting Remittances
-
Month Closings and Cash Assessments

Other billing responsibilities
Qualifications and Skills:
-
Experience SHOULD have at least 2 years of PCC (Point Click Care) billing experience
-
Experience with (Change Healthcare) – recommended
-
Attention to detail.

Strong written and verbal communication
-
High School
-
Require minimum 1yr experience.
